Sharing: Nat King Cole - Smile

One of my favorite songs. A good song to remind us that we can't give up, and that even though things may be tough now, and seems that there's nothing will get better, let's just smile through it and keep on trying...

I had just finished watching 27 Dresses, and as the usual rom-com goes, it ends with a happy ending, a wedding in this case. 

When the star-crossed lovers kissed, I couldn't help mumbling (with a little smirk), this is why girls love this kind of movie. 

The kiss after all the dramas, our lovers are finally together, a happy ever after. 

Then it brought my thinking to me in maybe around 2006-2007. 

I had just recently started a new life in Singapore. I got few friends, mostly guys that I already knew in Jakarta. I got a new job in the biggest media company in this tiny island. I had funny colleagues whom I trusted. Roommates that I liked. Things were considerably good. 

And... I believed that a happy ending was awaiting for me. 

Where did that positive and somewhat stupidly naive girl go?
